At Graphene Physical Therapy, our mission has always been simple: deliver exceptional, individualized, one-on-one care that helps you move, feel, and live better. To make that care more accessible, we now offer direct out-of-network insurance billing for select plans with strong out-of-network physical therapy benefits.
This hybrid model allows you to receive the same high-quality treatment you expect from us — with potentially far less upfront cost.
We remain an out-of-network provider, but for insurance plans with strong out-of-network PT reimbursement, we now:
You get the convenience of insurance billing without sacrificing the personalized, one-on-one care that defines Graphene PT.
While we can bill many insurance plans, three consistently offer the highest reimbursement for out-of-network physical therapy:
If you have one of these plans, you may qualify for substantially reduced upfront costs. Please note you may not have out-of-network benefits if you have a HMO or EPO plan.
We are also able to bill other out-of-network plans such as BCBS Anthem; reimbursement varies based on your specific benefits.
If your plan offers strong out-of-network benefits, your insurance may cover a significant portion of your treatment.
We submit claims directly so you don’t have to manage superbills or navigate insurance portals.
You receive the same premium, one-on-one care — without the administrative burden.
If you’re unsure whether your plan offers strong out-of-network coverage, we can help you verify your benefits before your first visit.
Our billing partner can walk you through the details so you know exactly what to expect.
After your visit, we submit claims directly on your behalf.
